What’s your shipping method?
All Uncle Matt’s Organic orders are shipped via FedEx 1-2 Day expedited shipping. No signature is needed for delivery, but due the perishable nature of our products, we strongly recommend that someone is around to receive it.
Where do you ship?
We are only able to ship to people living in the United States. Because our products are perishable, we do not ship to PO boxes.
When do you ship?
To ensure that every bottle of juice arrives cold, we only ship orders Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. This ensures that our shipping partners can deliver it within 2 days of leaving our facility.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is free for orders over $65.00 dollars, but costs $5.99 for orders under $65.00.
Do I need to refrigerate my products upon arrival?
Yes, we package and ship our products to arrive to your address cold. Please refrigerate your products upon arrival.
How do I track my package?
We know you are eager to receive your order. When your package ships, we will send you an e-mail notification that contains a link to which you can track your shipment. You can also track the status of your shipment if you create an account when checking out.
What if my shipment is missing, damaged or spoiled?
Please email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org for any issues, questions or concerns with your order and we will be happy to help you. Our customer service hours are Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm.
Please include your order number, bottle codes and photos of any damaged products. Please contact us within 24 hours or we will not replace or refund your order. Note that we only issue refunds or replacement for spoiled or damaged orders.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Any cancellations or modifications must be made within one hour of order placement. Please email us at email@example.com for any cancellations or modifications. Please include your order number in the email subject line.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, American Express, MasterCard and Discover.

Is your site secure?
Yes, your order is secure, as is your personal information. We do not sell or share your data with any 3rd party, and we utilize Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your information.

Are your bottles BPA Free?
Our bottles are PET #1, not 3, 6, or 7. PET #1 is the most recyclable form of plastic and the safest for food and juices. It also does not contain the harmful and dangerous chemical called Bisphenol A (BPA), like some other plastics. Our bottles are sterile when they go to be filled with our juice.
